1. Parties

This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) has been concluded electronically between the following parties in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

Buyer:
The individual or legal entity who places an order through the seller’s website (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

2. Subject of the Contract

This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the website www.teknovizyon.com.tr (or the relevant domain) owned by the Seller.

3. Product Information

The main features (type, quantity, model, color, and price) of the goods or services are published on the website. The product details and total sale price are confirmed by the Buyer before completing the order.

4. Order and Payment

  • Orders are placed online via the Seller’s website and paid securely using the İyzico Payment Gateway.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other payment options supported by İyzico.

  • Once the payment is approved, the order confirmation and invoice will be sent to the Buyer’s registered e-mail address.

5. Delivery Terms

  • The products will be delivered to the Buyer’s address within the time frame stated on the product page, not exceeding 30 days from the order date.

  • Delivery is made through contracted cargo companies.

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

  • Delays caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or courier issues will not be the Seller’s responsibility.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without any justification or penalty.

  • To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller via e-mail (info@teknovizyongrup.com) before the withdrawal period expires.

  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • For electronic components and batteries, returns are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrect.

  • The shipping costs for returns belong to the Buyer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

7. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Products that are custom-produced or modified to meet the Buyer’s specific requests.

  • Products that deteriorate rapidly or are likely to expire.

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened.

  • Electronic components or batteries that have been connected, installed, or tested.

8. Refund Conditions

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the same payment method used in the purchase.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment institution and the Buyer’s bank.

9. Warranty and Liability

  • All products are guaranteed under Turkish consumer protection law.

  • The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages, misuse, or modifications made by the Buyer.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, the Buyer may submit complaints or objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court located in the Buyer’s or Seller’s district, in accordance with the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade.

11. Communication and Notification

All communication regarding this Contract shall be conducted through the contact details provided by the Buyer during purchase. The Buyer agrees that their registered e-mail and phone number can be used for notifications and communication purposes related to the order.

12. Effective Date

This Contract shall be deemed accepted by the Buyer upon completing the online purchase and confirming the order electronically through the Seller’s website.
